New products introduced to the company offer as part of implementation of the “Your Dream Chocolate” project. New technology – new cocoa bean products”
– Deodorised cocoa butter,
– Alkalised cocoa mass,
– Crystallised, multicoloured, alkalised cocoa powder,
– Cocoa press cake,
– Cocoa fibre,
– Cocoa husk,
– Alkalised cocoa nibs,
– Bitter chocolate with nibs based on a new recipe.
The project was implemented under Research to the market sub-measure 3.2.1 within the Intelligent Development Operational Programme co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund.
