Union Chocolate Sp. z o.o. [limited liability company] is a family enterprise, which for years has been enjoying the position of a leading manufacturer of chocolate and semi-finished products for confectionery in the Polish market. Union Chocolate is one of the two plants in Poland to manufacture cocoa mass and the production cycle conducted combines stages from beans to chocolate.

An extensive, over 30-year long, experience and constant improvements of quality through the introduction of subsequent quality management standards, such as IFS, manufacturing in accordance with kosher requirements applicable to the whole plant and a possibility to manufacture single origin products, allows us to diversify the range of our products.

In addition to the manufacture of chocolate, the range of the company’s products also includes new items such as multicoloured cocoa powder and deodorised cocoa butter. We do remember, however, about fans of chocolate, for whom we have prepared a bitter chocolate bar with specially refined cocoa beans – Extra bitter chocolate with roasted, crushed cocoa beans.



Our chocolates reflect the highest quality standards. Raw materials sourced from regular, tried and tested suppliers and the process of manufacturing conducted with the use of state-of-the-art fully automatic production lines ensure that our products meet the world standards.

We are among the few that meet kosher requirements and are under constant control of the Rabbinate, as a result of which we have an open path to virtually all markets in the world.

Constant quality improvements and complying with the principle of health safety of our products provides the basis for cooperation with the largest domestic and foreign manufacturers of sweets, whose products are familiar to all fans of sweets.
