Your personal data are processed in order to establish and maintain business relations between you and Union Chocolate Sp. z o.o., direct marketing of products and services as well as in order to send commercial information as specified by the Act on Rendering Electronic Services.

The legitimate interest of the controller is to establish and maintain business relations with you as well as to receive and send commercial offers.

COOKIES POLICY

 

The following Cookies Policy defines the principles of saving and gaining access to data on User Devices that use the Service for the purpose of rendering electronic services by the Service Administrator.

Article 1 DEFINITIONS
Service – an on-line service available at https://unionchocolate.pl

External Service – on-line services operated by the partners, service providers and customers of the Administrator

Administrator – Union Chocolate Sp. z o. o., conducting business activity at: al. Racławickie 6 99-320 Żychlin, having the Tax Identification Number (NIP): 854-20-36-872, having the National Business Registry number REGON: 811920394, entered in the register by the District Court in Toruń, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS: 0000169387, providing services via electronic means through the Service and also storing and being given access to information on the User devices

User – a natural person for whom the Administrator renders electronic services through the Service

Device – an electronic device, including software, through which the User gains access to the Service

Cookies – text data stored in the form of files placed on the User’s Device

Article 2 TYPES OF COOKIES
Internal cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the information and telecommunications system of the Service

External cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the information and telecommunications systems of the External Services

Session cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services during a single session of a given Device. When the session ends, the files are removed from the User’s Device.

Permanent cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services until they are removed manually. The files are not automatically removed when the Device session ends, unless the User’s Device is configured to remove the cookie files when the Device session ends.

Article 3 SECURITY
Storing and reading mechanisms – Mechanisms for storing and reading cookies do not allow to collect any personal data or confidential information from the User’s Device. It is virtually impossible to transfer to the User’s Device any viruses, Trojan horses or other bugs.

Internal cookies – internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Devices

External cookies – the Administrator is not liable for the safety of cookie files that come from the Service partners. A list of partners can be found in the further part of the Cookies Policy.

Article 4 PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE COOKIE FILES ARE USED
Improved and easier access to the Service – the Administrator may store in the cookie files information about User preferences and settings related to the Service in order to make more efficient, improve and speed up the provision of services within the Service.

Statistical data – the Administrator and External Services use cookie files to collect and process statistical data, such as e.g. visit statistics, User Devices statistics and user behaviour statistics. Such data are collected for analysis and in order to improve the Service.

Social services – the Administrator and External Services use cookie files to support social services

Article 6 A POSSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE CONDITIONS OF STORAGE AND GAINING ACCESS ON USER DEVICES BY THE SERVICE AND EXTERNAL SERVICES
The User may at any time individually change the settings related to the saving, removal and access to the data of the saved cookie files.

The User may at any moment remove any cookie files saved so far using the tools of the User’s Device through which the User makes use of the Service.

Article 7 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
Limiting the saving and reading of cookie files on the User’s Device may cause malfunction of certain functions of the Service.

The Administrator shall not be held liable for any malfunctions of the Service if the User limits or blocks in any way the possibility of saving and reading cookie files.

Article 8 CHANGES TO COOKIES POLICY
The Administrator reserves the right to make any and all changes to this Cookies Policy without the need to inform the users thereof.

Any changes made to the Cookies Policy shall be always published on this website.

The changes made shall come into force on the date of publication of this Cookies Policy.
